THE WEATHER

THE RECIPE

  1. Listen. I start with the business teams. Their real pain points, not this month’s tech. (Workshops, Interviews, Design thinking)
  2. Design. I design the experience before writing code: user journeys, mockups, prototypes tested with real users. (Figma, UX/UI, Prototyping)
  3. Build. Front end, back end, APIs: I build the whole product, cleanly, from mockup to code. (TypeScript, React, Python, APIs)
  4. Orchestrate. AI agents that actually act: orchestration, sandboxed execution, tools. Big and small models mixed for speed and cost. (LangChain, MCP, A2A, Agentic RAG)
  5. Ship. What works on my machine has to work for thousands of people, and be observable. (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry)
  6. Get it adopted. A successful AI product is one people actually use. I stay until that’s the case. (Training, Metrics, Iteration)

MOVIE NIGHT

  • L’IA avec un café: An animated series on the history of AI, for people who know nothing about it. Written with Claude, drawn entirely in code, with synthetic voices generated on my own machine.
  • Recap by Ooléle: Conversations, masterclasses and books turned into illustrated, bilingual recaps. Every lesson keeps its context, its illustration and its link to the source.
